This book exists only in Italian language
The book presents the holistic conception of the mind and the perspectives opened by the integration of psychology and unconventional disciplines in healing processes.
Describes some techniques of meditation, digito-pressure and Tibetan, Chinese and Taoist moxas that can be used in the treatment of some psychological disorders and in the strengthening of the individual energy system, which the author has learned in China, in Burma and in his training course in Tibetan medicine.
Starting from the holistic concept of mind-body unity at the basis of ancient Tibetan medicine, the book highlights how much emotions can influence the individual’s health and how much meditation can help restore a state of well-being and balance.
