The training course was rich and exciting. Claudia is a fantastic and highly trained person. I recommend everyone a lesson to understand the concepts of leadership, listening, communication seen from an original and useful perspective, through interactive games that allow to become more aware of the mechanisms of the human mind.

The art of communicating is not everyone’s natural gift, but everyone can learn to communicate in a direct and constructive way. The course was fun, engaging, and extremely informative. I will certainly use at least some communication techniques, such as reformulation to improve interpersonal relationships in daily life.

Although I was initially skeptical, the course pleasantly surprised me and I think that the information acquired will be useful in the company and outside.

Claudia knows how to immediately put you at ease, the training aims to “train”, but it looks more like an exchange, a chat that makes you become aware of things often taken for granted. The purpose of this course is to train those who participate more from a personal than a professional point of view, but after all, you cannot be a good employee if you are not a good person first.

The course is very varied and gives ideas on how good communication can improve the relationship among colleagues. Communication is the basis of a good working relationship and for the creation of the team. It is necessary to be effective and available to listen to others.

An experience to try: it allows to humanly grow and, nowadays, where relationships with people are often “masked” by monitors, it gives that social drive that tends to get lost.

A short but well-built course. Interesting how intelligent notions can be learned with simple games. Difficulties in communication have also been faced with different approaches. Coming to communicate and listen is not as obvious as one might mistakenly believe. It was a great experience that I would gladly experience again by deepening all the dynamics.

Experiences of this type are always needed. Surely it should be done often in order to make the final result more effective. If you want to create a team that really works, you have to involve people and this is the best way. It is nice to make people aware of being a fundamental part of this process. We are all unique and we all have incredible talents that we often fail to see. It feels good to motivate people. Positivity only creates smiles.

Corporate training is useful for professional growth, for enhancing soft skills and for a better relationship with colleagues and awareness of one’s abilities. All of this has a positive contribution in creating a more serene working environment and it allows us to effectively contribute to the corporate mission.

Corporate training is an experience that I recommend doing periodically to better understand yourself and others. The acquired knowledge is huge. It brings great benefits for self-analysis and the continuous change of life in a company and the continuous relationship that one has with one’s colleagues and collaborators.

Claudia was very competent and careful to include all participants in the discussion. With more time, more aspects could have been studied with a view to a more complete path. The course was useful in defining my main values for life in the workplace.

This course provides the tools to be able to react with tranquillity and positivity both in work situations and on a personal level and to have the right attitude towards everyday changes. It was brief, but in the following days something changed inside us. It should be done at least once a year.

It was a very interesting course. We have covered topics that are difficult to deal with in daily life. It has been very mentally stimulating as it tries to challenge you by handling situations in different ways.

Claudia was very competent in creating the training and managing the day, involving us a lot. It was a pity that we had a few hours of training available, but it was still very useful for creating a constructive dialogue with colleagues.

I highly recommend this course: it helps to grow mentally.
